Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of shipment (as per the date the carrier delivered the item to the address you specified on your order). Please ensure you email your intention and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Return shipping and handling is at your expense and will not be refunded. The Shipping & Handling fee for the original order is NOT refundable.

Items valued at over $50 must be returned using a trackable shipping service and require a signature at time of delivery. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise. For items below $50, use the USPS delivery confirmation service.

If a product is damaged in shipping we will work with you to resolve the issue.
